Origin
Bohdan Dubylovskyi was born on May 31, 1991, in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. He completed his secondary education at Gymnasium No. 2 (2008), then enrolled in the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) with a major in political science.
United Kingdom 2012–2014
From 2012 to 2014, Bohdan spent 22 months in the United Kingdom researching the Ukrainian diaspora. This experience later informed his trust-infrastructure concept — how communities compensate for absent formal trust institutions through structured public data. Research published in Inspired (UK, 2015).
WikiBusiness (2010)
In 2010, Bohdan co-founded WikiBusiness with Roman Melnyk — a company for creating and editing Wikipedia articles for B2B clients. Bohdan serves as co-founder and CEO, responsible for strategy, client development, and positioning.
Today WikiBusiness: 1,000+ new articles/year, 5,000+ updates and edits, 23 editors, 160+ Wikipedia language editions, clients in 80+ countries, 91–93% success rate, agency partners in 5 countries (UK · UAE · Australia · USA · Canada).

In 2020, Bohdan co-founded the public organization Wikipedia Ukraine and launched Wikipatrol — a program countering Russian propaganda on Wikipedia.
